5. HOW/WHY:

It appears that at about 02:30AM of January 23, 2023, herein reportee lodged a
complaint to this Station in relation to the above-captioned incident for investigation.

Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at stated T.D.P.O, the reportee (ROMINDA
TAMAYO) discovered her android phone (Huawei) was taken by unknown person.

Accordingly, before the disappearance of the subject cellphone, the suspect pretended
to buy at the store, asked the salesperson, ordered something, when store attendant turned
around to take his order and was busy for cleaning, the suspect suddenly took the cellphone
that was on the speaker inside the store. The incident was captured by CCTV camera the actual
taking of cellphone and the suspect use a motorcycle as get away.

Thus, reportee seeks the assistance of this Station. Upon receipt of the complaint, duty
investigator together with Intel and follow up personnel immediately dispatched at the place to
conduct ocular inspection.
