7 Simple Tips To Get The Most Out Of This Week:

1. Print out this workbook before listening to this week’s session so you can write down
your notes as you listen. This workbook includes only the most important slides from
the videos.

2. Review the topic outline so you know what to listen out for. Make sure you've set aside
private time for this session so you’ll be able to focus and fully receive the benefits of
the contents.

3. While going through this week’s session, write down ALL interesting and new ideas and
inspiration you get while listening — that way you won’t lose the information most

4. Think of how you can quickly implement the secrets revealed in this week’s session.

These real-world exercises can be practiced anytime during the week. They are an
important part of integrating energy awareness and healing into your daily life.

Preparation Tips For The Meditation Part Of This Week:

• Make sure you are in a quiet place where nothing can distract you, and that you are not
operating a vehicle or any other machinery. Be in a comfortable position so you can fully
take part in the meditations.

• Take a deep breath. Deep breaths slow the heart rate and relax the muscles to help you
have a comfortable experience during meditation.

Self Practice Exercise

Ground yourself, stretch and get fully into your body every
morning.

Throughout the day, notice how grounded and present you


are in your body. What causes you to be less present?
Blood sugar? Lack of interest? Certain people or places?
Other things?

Watch other people too. Notice how effectiveness and


personal presence are related to being grounded and
present in the body.

Bonus: Try being super present while someone is talking to


you. Ground yourself, look out from behind your eyes,
smile. See what happens.

Partner Practice Exercise


Grounding Push Exercise

1) Stand facing a partner.

2) Put your hands on their shoulders and give


them a small push (tell them first).

3) Have them imagine a tree trunk grounding


them into the earth.

4) Give them a push again. Do they feel


different?

5) Have them imagine a waterfall grounding, or


a beam of light grounding, or no grounding at
all. How does this change their body when you
push them?

6) Switch roles with your partner and repeat.

Bonus: Try picking someone up when they are


grounded and ungrounded.
