READING OF THE MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING:

The minutes of the last meeting was read by the secretary Mr. Igbayisemore.

Mr. Chairman welcomed the entire house

MATTERS ARISING:

Security : Mr Olaitan said some houses intentionally refused to pay for security dues,
that he has been adding his own personal money in order to make up for the monthly
salary paid to the security man. He also said that Mr. Adeyemi and Mariam have
reduced the amount they use to pay monthly. Mr. Chairman said Mr. Adeyemi should
not have done that without reverting to the house, that we executives agreed to be paying
N3,000 monthly, and as an executive he (Adeyemi) should pay up his balance and make
further payments as agreed. Mr. Oyetunde said we should agree on a uniform amount
which will be paid by each residence, and also go out to collect the monies from
defaulters. Mr. Adeyemi said it is because we the executives knew that some houses will
be unwilling to pay for security fees and that was the reason why the executives decided
to be paying N3,000 each in order to cover up for the defaulters.s Mr. Naboth said the
houses that have tenants are not supposed to pay the same amount with the houses that
does not have. .Mr. Igbayisemore suggested there should be penalty for defaulters and
how it will be enforced, but needs to be enshrined in our constitution. Mr.Adesanya said
we should write out names of defaulters and send it to street platform or on paper so that
everybody will know those that are owing.
Constitution: Mr.Igbayisemore asked about the sample of the constitution Mr.
Adesanya promised to bring but Mr. Adesanya said he has not seen the woman whom
he wanted to collect the constitution from. Mr. Naboth said that without a constitution
regulating the affairs of the street, we will not be able to do anything and that we need to
sit down and spell out the DOs and DON’T, decide and agree on how the street should be
regulated, penalty and enforcement, in case of violation of rules/laws of the street. Mr.
Igbayisemore asked if he can bring sample of constitution from his own end, the house
said he should bring his own sample.

TUNDE: Mr. Igbayisemore asked if TUNDE has made payment of the money he was
supposed to pay in respect of 20 ESTHER OLUSOLA STREET. Mr.Adeyemi said he
has given Tunde the bill but he has not responded. The house said the secretary should
check his record if he can be able to see the first or amended bill sent to Tunde.
