Gratitude Jar. Date:

Take some time to reflect on the people, experiences and the things you have in your life that you’re
really grateful for and put them in this gratitude jar! The goal is to fill up the jar up to the lid, so you
can come back and reflect on things you’ve written down when you’re feeling a bit blue. Perhaps
even splash a bit of colour around on this page!
My Affirmations. Date:

Sometimes you just get stuck in a loop of negativity. Positive affirmations are a great tool to break
that vicious cycle. You can think of affirmations as a brickwork that you can lay for more productive
and positive outcomes in all you do.

"I am me"
“I am worthy of good things”
“Although I’m always striving for better, I’m already good enough”
“I choose to be positive because it’s just more productive”
“What I give is what I receive in the long run”
“Obstacles help me to learn and grow”
“I am a giving person”
“I can make all my dreams come true when I put in all my effort”
“Each day I strive to be a better person than I was yesterday”
“Where people see problems, I see opportunities”

Self Reflection Prompts.
If you're anything like me and love journaling - here are some prompts that have really helped me
on my self-discovery and self-worth journey. Choose a prompt and sit down to write about it (you
can do full sentences or just bullet points) for at least 30 minutes. Use extra sheets of paper for this
of course!

01. Write a letter to your past self, expressing your gratitude for how far you've come.

02. Three good habits I want to develop in myself this year and why.

03. What do the most successful people I know, do differently compared to me?

04. What are some dreams I want to come true? Write about them as if they have've

already come true. Where am I, what am I saying, what can I see, feel, smell...

05. What advice would a '10 years older you' give yourself today?

06. If I had 6 months to live, what would I do?

07. What is holding me back at the moment? How can I overcome these obstacles?

08. If money was no obstacle, what would I be doing?

09. How would your best friend describe me? What positive and negative things would they

most likely point out? What can I learn from this?

10. What are some limiting beliefs that are holding me back? How can I

reframe them for a positive change?

11. How have I changed/grown over the past 5 years?

12. What's one of my most precious memories? Write about it. How can I make more

such memories?

13. What things are making my life more complex than it needs to be? How can I make it

more simple?

14. What has been going really well in my life lately?

15. What's the kindest thing someone ever has done for me? How did it feel?

16. If I had to plan a fun day for myself- what would I organise and why?

17. What do I love most about myself?

18. I would like to be remembered for...
