Dear Parents,

Welcome to the new academic year at Saint Patrick English school! We're thrilled to
have you with us as we embark on another year of growth and learning.

This year, we're excited to continue our journey of nurturing young minds and shaping
future leaders. Our school's strength continues to grow, Thanks to your unwavering
support and partnership.

Furthermore, we are pleased to provide you with a glimpse of the activities conducted in
the month of April. These endeavors serve to enrich the educational experience and
foster holistic development among our students.
➢ The Pre - Primary section concluded their final examinations, marking an
important milestone in their academic journey. We are incredibly proud of their
hard work and determination, and we look forward to celebrating their
achievements as they continue to flourish and learn in the years ahead.

➢ Our students diligently revised the basics of their respective subjects, ensuring a
strong foundation for the academic year ahead, setting the stage for deeper
understanding and mastery as they delve into more advanced concepts and
coursework.

➢ In addition to academic revision, our students eagerly participated in a spell bee


competition, where they showcased their language prowess and demonstrated
remarkable spelling abilities, further enriching their linguistic skills and fostering a
spirit of camaraderie and academic excellence within our school community.

➢ Grade 2 students participated in an experiential vocabulary session where they


learned new words related to city buildings, garden tools, clothes, and utensils.
Through hands-on activities, they gained a deeper understanding of the words
and how to use them in sentences.

➢ Co – Curricular and inter school competitions:

➢ Students also participated in the xPLORE 5.0 Inter-School State-Level Science


Exhibition hosted at Wockhardt Global School. Their project, titled "Green
Guardian," showcased a smart dustbin designed to segregate dry and wet waste
efficiently.

➢ Students were also shown the movie "Tsunami," and asked to write a review on
it, adding an educational and engaging component to their learning experience.

➢ On the account of Earth Day, we organized a "Best out of Waste" competition


and DIY ecofriendly project. This initiative aimed to instill environmental
consciousness and creativity among our young learners.

➢ Students also dedicated time to practice for their upcoming competitions, honing
their skills and preparing to showcase their talents.

➢ We were honored to host a special guest lecture by Dr. Meenakshi Battase,


Managing Director of Unique Graphics and Publications. Her expertise and
passion inspired our students to take action and become proactive stewards of
our planet.
➢ Assemblies:

➢ A special assembly centered around the theme "Be Yourself" was conducted by
Grade 7, encouraging students to embrace their individuality, celebrate their
unique talents, and cultivate self-confidence.

➢ students from grades 5 and 6 organized a special assembly commemorating the


festivals of Ramzan Eid and Gudi Padwa. This assembly served as a platform to
celebrate the cultural diversity within our school community and fostered
understanding and appreciation for different religious traditions and celebrations.

➢ Grade 3 and 4 students orchestrated a special assembly dedicated to the


festivities of Ram Navami and Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti. This assembly was a
vibrant celebration of cultural diversity, where students showcased their
knowledge and enthusiasm for these auspicious occasions.
