AREAS TO BE ASSESSED

A. Cognitive

When it comes to cognitive assessment, the child is active in it, I don’t have negative
observation about it. He performs it well, but nor perfect.

B. Physical

The child is healthy, he likes vegetables and fish; he doesn’t like meat, but every person
needs protein in our body, so the parents needs to practice the child eat meat sometimes.

C. Behavioral

As I noticed his behavior, he is a low tempered child, he gets irritated easily but when his
mother talks to him, he will listen directly. Motor Skill He needs learning to understand that
not every behavior we show is appropriate in any events, the childs needs to control it.

D. Mobility

He needs learning to understand that not every behavior we show is appropriate in any
events, the childs needs to control it.
The child has a little bit over movements, especially when he feels excited in some specific
things. The parents should make the child understand that not all things or actions is
capable to show.

The child should know/practice on those possibility that he will do in the future years. Thie

when excited, requiring guidance to understand approptiateness. The child should practice skills
for future years. The parents should encourage the child to use appropriate language. The child is
capable on doing some activities that he can do.

RECOMMENDATION

The child needs some attention to fulfill his skills ion some specific things. The parents should talk
