1.0 Executive Summary:


LEVARMM’S bread roll is a new business started from a basic entrepreneurship student in
Eastern Visayas State University OCC. We named are product as LEVARMM’S bread roll as a
symbolic sign of our initials “LEVARMM’S” means Lyneth, Ella, Venette, Antonette, Rael,
Mae, and Marjon.
Bread roll is a hotdog and ham covered with cheese . Bread and hotdog are the main
ingredients. This product are recently phenomenon here in Philippines. LEVARMM’S bread roll
is the only food that were doing to sell as we want to focus on the quality and quantity of your
very own product. We are sure that everyone will loved and liked our corndogs/bread roll and we
a sure that they can meet their expectations of our product. For the capital each of the members
will contribute 200 pesos. We assigned two of the member to buy all the ingredients and
materials that is needed in making the bread roll. As for the store, we set up a stall near at a place
to those who want to purchase we also have two stalls, one is in the EVSU campus and the other
one is in the NOCNHS campus, we also sell and post our product through social media, such as
Instagram ( LEVARMM’S bread roll ) and Facebook ( LEVARMM’S bread roll official page).

2.0 Company Summary

Company Logo
After some gathering ,we did some minor alteration to our business logo .Our company logo
shows and represents how cheesy and delicious our product is. The “LEVARMM’S” was
derived from the initials of our name which is Lyneth, Ella, Venette, Antonette, Rael, Mae, and
Marjon.
The color of our company logo is orange and yellow. These two color conveys happiness,
excitement and enthusiasm. As it is the color of sunshine, its likely to be associated with warmth
and energy to convey our costumer to buy our delicious and affordable bread roll.

2.1 Company Background


Our business was established on 19, April 2023 which is our very first ever business
together we were forming a group that consist of 6 person student that are very creative and
business minded. After that we brainstormed and give each others idea and decided that we will
our company with our initial and come out with a unique and elegant name which is “
LEVARMM’S bread roll that consist of ham and more cheese.

2.3 Introduction of Product


LEVARMM’S BREAD ROLL is good for our health and its attract the costumer by its good
appearance. LEVARMM’S bread roll is commonly use to make sandwich similar to those
produced by using slice bread. Our product is perfect for snacks specially to the students because
its affordable and tasty.

Product Price Description


Set 1 INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE
1. Roll the bread using rolling pin until it flatten.
Afterwards, put the hotdog, ham and cheese
inside the bread and roll it.
2. In a bowl, beat 4 eggs and soak the bread with
hotdog, ham and cheese inside.
3. After soaking, put 2 pieces of toothpick at the
edge of the bread to secure the spread inside
and to help it not to fall.
4. After soaking it with egg, coat it with a bread
crumbs.
5. Fry it in a pan in medium heat and wait until it
become golden brown.
6. After frying the bread roll, let’s now proceed
in making the sauce.

PROCEDURE
1. In a mixing bowl, mix ½ mayonnaise and 1
pouch of ketchup.
2. Mix it until your desired mixture of your
sauce.
3. And now it’s ready to serve. Bon appetit!

need of their costumer base.

3.1 Market and research Analysis
From a survey we did by interviewing people from the Brgy. Don Felipe Ormoc City, the
result survey shows many of the people are want to buy our special bread roll, not only
affordable but this tasty good that’s why our product are known. Through our interview the most
prefer ingredient of bread roll is the ham and cheese.

3.2 Competitors
We admit that these are stalls product most like us for instance mars at the EVSU
Campus and Eva’s at NOCNHS Campus. However our product is a bit different because they
only sells hotdog inside a bread roll, while our bread roll used ham and cheese, bigger in size ,
cheesier and mouth watering we a sure our costumer to have a wide selection of sauces at very
affordable to meet our the student satisfaction.

LEVARMM’S business sells unique product our business target is mainly the resident of
Ormoc City and student of EVSU and NOCNHS. Our target is to sell and make a huge income at
a very affordable price for the student.
3.3.2 Distribution Channel
We will be doing delivery service that is available around the city we do cash on delivery
and posting through social media our supplier of the ingredient is the market and we will make
the product ourselves before selling them to our customers.
3.3.3 Promoting and Advertising
We will deploy different promoting and porting thought social media to increase
customer awareness of LEVARMM’S bread roll. The first strategy will be through social media ,
such as Instagram and Facebook. Involve disseminating information about a product and to
remind customers about why they may want to buy our product.
3.3.4 Pricing Policy
Our company is in order to quarantine that business will be able to make money for our
sales product and to insure that our organization has to established a policy for pricing our
product.
 The product are same price that is sell to different customer.

Business management can be defined as the acquisition allocation, and utilization of
resources through planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling, controlling being
done. Control activities is a precent to ensure what is supposed to be done ensure that
management directives are carried out and include, but are not limited to the following:
Authorization, segregation of duties, record keeping, safeguarding, reconciliations.

An organizational plan is a method for planning an organization’s future goals so that
everyone on the team knows what management expects. The presence of an organizational plan
enables the company to progress toward success and profitability. Organizational plans are
important because they enable businesses to develop effective plans and achieve their stated
goals. Having an organizational plan is also beneficial because a well-prepared company
responds better to workplace changes.

The CEO is Ella Batoto she has been selected by other member to becomes leader for our
business. Levarmm’s Bread Roll establish at 2032, she is responsible to overall success of our
business entity and make top-level managerial decision. Ella Batoto is the one leading the
development of the business strategy, creating and implementing the business vision and
mission, assessing risk to the business and set strategic goal.
Secretary: Jan Venette J. Alvarez
Jan Venette is appointed as the secretary for the business due to her ability to write and deal
with the letter well. She is detailed person that can focused on small detailed format and letter
work. She is responsible for writing the proposal and the necessary letter for our business and go
through every paper work and lastly discusses it with the CEO to finalized the weeded document
and also she makes arrangement for the business meeting and keep ball the format records of our
discussion and decisions.

Treasurer: Rael Jayag
Rael is the treasurer the main duties of a treasurer are to oversee the financial reporting, also
learning about the different roles and responsibilities of a treasurer and a key skills required can
help you decided if this is a good career choice for you.

Sales Officer: Lyneth Villasencio


Sales officer are executives that work with companies’ sales team to determine the best
strategies to increase costumer’s purchases. And as sale’s officer, Ms. Villasencio aims to assist
higher management in developing reasonable sale’s goals and oversee the activities of sales.

Operation Team: Marjon Bartolabac, Mae Aunzo, and Antonette Balaba


Mae Aunzo , Marjon Bartolabac and Antonette Balaba are the operational team of Levarmm’s
bread roll. An operational department of the team professional and focuses of the overall
operation of the specific area of business, this may include planning and supervising.

4.1 Human Resource


The LEVARMM’s Bread Roll Company seeks highly motivated, knowledgeable, and
experienced employees. Our goal is to have productive employees who understand their
responsibilities. The LEVARMM’S bread roll Company makes certain that its employees own
their work and act as its representatives.
4.2 Legal Structure
Our business does not currently own any locations. Where we would be required to pay taxes
to the government, but once we have given by and the bread roll has become successful, we will
need to have locations. However, before that can happen, we must first obtain a government
certificate making the bread roll acceptable to the industry.

5.0 Operation Planning


5.1 Operation Criteria- Location Places
The preparation LEVARMM’S bread roll will be doing Brgy. Ipil Ormoc City. Where by the
process of cooking and will be handled by operational member. All ingredients will be brought
from the republic market around Ormoc. We had made survey in EVSU CAMPUS before
purchasing our product. This will be handle by operational member which owns transportation.
The bread roll will be packet used in the product of packaging and the storage, handling, and
distribution of the finished product. To protect the bread roll must keep the product safe.

5.2 Faculties and Equipment


Our product was created in one of our member’s house because she possesses some
equipment that we will eventually require. The gas stove and refrigerator are the two main
equipment that required and needed in the preparation of our cheesy bread roll.

5.3 Product and Development Process
A lot of people nowadays loves to eat. Especially when it comes to food which is delicious,
cheesy and affordable food. Corn Dog is a very popular food in other country and also in our
country too. This is a juicy hotdog roll in a cheese and coated in egg followed by bread crumbs
around a hotdog. It is very easy to eat while walking and enjoying eating it in a public place
because it is skewed on stick. The product name is Homemade Corn Dog because it looks like a
hotdog but it is different from the other usual hotdog since it is rolled with a cheese and coated
with a cornbread mix. Bread Roll customers are expected to be from all walks of life. From
children to adult, and even all genders. The business is planned to be placed in EASTERN
VISAYAS STATE OF UNIVERSITY (EVSU) and NEW ORMOC CITY NATIONAL
HIGHSCHOOL (NOCNHS).

5.4 Operation Logistic


Working hour is 5am until 7pm
• Waste and trash containers must be used to keep working areas clean and orderly
• Always be neat, wear hairnet, apron and mask during work time.
• Avoid littering inside the company • Food safety and quality assurance
• Always on time • Always wear your proper uniform
• No civillians allowed to enter • Need to cut your nails • Salary payment is weekly basis
1. the school has already approved that we can sell, and the service in our store will also be good
for students and teachers.
2. We were also approved to sell bread rolls only at school for the mean time while we were still
students.
3. there is no need to deliver because our business is nearby but we can also accept pre-orders so
we can deliver it room to room, if only pre-ordered.

supplier is the best in providing of, us with high quality raw materials with affordable prices. We

7.0 Conclusion

The business world is changing, and this is exposing businesses to more opportunities. As the
business world evolves, the society evolves too, and this requires technological innovations to
exploit the potential opportunities in the market. In the modern world, people can no longer
expect large companies to guarantee them life-long jobs. Instead of faithfully following
rules and routines set by others, individuals are increasingly expected to seek out
their own opportunities, actively build value and behave ethically. The same goes for
LEVARMM’S CHEESEDOG BREAD ROLL, wisely taking the opportunity to open the
business with a new idea that will attract people around School of Ormoc City. At that moment,
we felt the chance to open this business because there are no entrepreneurs selling it yet in
EVSU-Ormoc City. In particular, young people today need to learn to be entrepreneurial, both
when working with others and when starting up businesses of their own. Being entrepreneurial
means taking responsibility for decision-making, being more and more self-reliant, pioneering,
adventurous, daring, dynamic, progressive, opportunistic, optimistic, and keeping your
principles, as well as being able to initiate and see ideas into motion. Regarding the hope of us to
expand our business and it can give a chance to others for a work opportunities.
