In the last meeting it was decided that the Delhi State Athletics Association will

organize Delhi Olympic Association Athletic Meet -2024 on 12th February, 2024

at 8.50AM on Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi-3. It is to inform all

coaches and member of the association that they must submit their entry Online

in Men, Boys under 18 Years and Women, Girls under 18 Years. The contact

person will be Mr. V.K. Mishra – (9899678750) & Mr. Sushil Sharma

(9810892778) will be available for any query.

Subject: - Delhi Olympic Athletics Meet 2024.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am pleased to inform you that Delhi Olympic Athletics Meet 2024 is scheduled to beheld at
Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.

The events shall be organized in accordance with the Rules of Athletics Federation of India and
the regulations will be framed by DAA.

The SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) issued by Govt. of India/MYAS/SAI/AFI/DAA &

Government ofDelhi shall be followed for hosting this State Athletics Championships.

Championships & Eligibility Details:

1. All the information will be available at www.delhiathletics.com

2. AFI UID of Delhi is mandatory, without AFI UID athlete will not be allowed to participate.
3. On line entry will start from 31st January, 2024 to 10th February 2024 till 02:00 PM.
4. An individual athlete can do entry directly by login at DAA portal and name of Coach is also mention.
5. Age group participant in this meet are Men and Women, Men and Women, Boys and Girls under 18
Years Category.
6. All age group Participants must carry their Aadhar Card bearing address in Delhi only.
7. Entry fees for all age group Category is Rs. 200/-.
8. The Meet will be conducted as per the rules of Athletics Federation of India.
9. Decision of Judges will be final & binding.
10. Protest fee Rs. 2000/-
11. Submission of Entry will be held online.
12. The Event in Men and Women Section are:
100 M,200 M,400 M,800 M,1500 M,5000 M, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot-put, Discus
Throw, Javelin Throw.
In Boys and Girls under 18 years Category are:
100 M, 200 M,400 M,800 M,1500 M, 3000 M, Long jump, Triple Jump, Shot-put, Discus throw,
Javelin Throw.
13. On the spot entry will not be accepted.
14. Less than Three Entries Event stands cancelled.
15. Boys/Girls Under-18 born between 12/02/2006 to 11/02/2008.
16. Men/Women on or before 11/02/2004.
17. The Medals and Certificates will be given to the 1st three places.
18. The DAA is expecting a huge participation from your esteemed institution for this competition.
19. One individual athlete is allowed for 02 events only.
20. The Bib numbers will be issued on 11th February, 2024 between 2.00 PM to 4:30 PM at JLN
Stadium. The contact person will be available in the Warming Up Area (JLN Stadium).
