Towards our endeavor to empower our client for business / brand image turnaround, we have identified key areas of
consultancy activities. The client can select the areas where the support of consultancy is needed and the same need

Modus Operandi

 Hospital to assign separate single point of contact for concern activity and Full time Quality Manager.

 Weekly progress meeting will be conducted with the client to drive the project.

 Monthly progress report will be submitted and discussed.

 Clinical team involvement for validating SOPs / care pathways and monitoring of quality indicators is crucial for
the success of NABH project.

 Other consultant like AHU Validation, Infection Control Consultant will involved as and when needed, hospital has to bear cost
of it.

 Hospital has to set separate NABH Office and Quality Cell with Dedicated staff. Hospital also has to recruit
secretary for the monitoring and data Management.

 Hospital Information System has to be implemented in the hospital.

 NABH is a team approach where Top management support and involvement is must. Absence of this can lead to
failure of the activity.

 Fees Pattern will be divided in total 4 terms (each term include 1 month)
 Fees will be charged as deposit amount for each term
