1.What type of data is collected?

2.What agents are installed? Where are they installed?

3.How much performance Impact does the agents have on the system and Network
resources?

4.What kind of ORACLE / Database tuning will we be able to do using your Tool?

5.How do we / what type of information is presented for us to be able to Troubleshoot the


end-end performance problems and isolate if it is a System / database / application problem?
E.g. –Drilling down to find the root cause of a problem – (Application, Users, SQL Statements,
database objects, Java Beans, Network Modules)

6.IF we would like to have a single console to monitor / manage the entire Infrastructure can
we aggregate / correlate data collected from your management Tool and from other
management tools from other vendors?
E.g. Database Monitoring, Application end- end monitoring - VERITAS
Network Monitoring – Hp-Openview
System Monitoring - BMC Patrol

7.How does your tool help us Proactively manage / monitor system, application, database
