1. Our surroundings, which are shaped by the culture in which we live, have a significant impact
on our behavior. The community plays a significant role in our lives; teens model their behavior
by the attitude and physical attributes of others. As we become older, our parents' teaching
methods continue to impact our attitudes. We are also influenced by them. For example, a child
who grows up in a noisy home may seem to imitate his surroundings by being loud and rowdy.
2. Family is the most important aspect of Filipino culture. For instance, the family serves as the
safety net for Filipinos, particularly elderly ones, during hard economic times. In addition,
divorce is illegal and annulments are uncommon. As a result, they cherish their families and
preserve them for future generations by engaging in various activities as a group. These virtues
include being friendly and courteous, being helpful and giving, having a strong work ethic,
having close family relationships, and practicing a religion. But Filipinos are not flawless people.
Among the negative characteristics that characterize them is the crab mentality, in which
individuals frequently put one another down in the name of their own interests or ambitions.
