Diploma students – Regarding.

While thanking you for your kind acceptance for internship training of certain students of this
institution vide reference cited, I am directing them to undergo internship in your esteemed
organization/Industry for a period of six months starting from 01 MAY 2024. I request you to kindly arrange to
provide necessary internship by allotting suitable work for a period of six months, so as to enable them to
familiarize with working environment and practices followed in the organization for their prosperous future.

In this regard, I also inform you that every student has been insured for a period of one year with
Nationalized Insurance Company and has executed Indemnity bond (copies enclosed). The students also had
orientation class with regard to safety precautions to be followed in the organization/Industry. Industrial
training performances of the students need to be assessed for every three months. One faculty member, from
the institution, will be deputed to assist you in assessing the performance of the students.

You are also requested to issue the certificate of training testimonial/internship to the participants after
completion of six months training.
