1. Papers must be submitted in the docx format, with numbered pages. They should have no more than 10 pages.
2. There will be registration fees of Rs. 200/- per author. This includes program kit, certificate.
3. Papers should be submitted through email at excalibur2k24@gmail.com with paper title.
4. The paper should have similarity index less than 15%. This should be done through
ithenticate/Turnitin/Urkund plagiarism software. While sending full paper you need to submit plagiarism
report also. Submission of paper requires an understanding that the paper is not already published or
under consideration for publications in other conference/journal. The content has not been copied or
plagiarized in whole or in part from other works.
5. Each paper will be peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. Selected papers will be considered for
peer reviewed UGC CARE Group 1 Journals publication subjected to their review process and ask
authors to submit copyright.
6. Last date for sending full length paper is 11 April 2024.
7. Last date of confirmation of paper 13 April 2024.
8. Last date of registration 15 April 2024.
9. After selection a confirmation mail will be sent, you need bring hardcopy of the paper during program.
10. All authors are expected to give an oral presentation about their paper before a panel of judges appointed
for the purpose.
11. Each oral presentation will be given 10 minutes for presentation.
12. The decision of judges and coordinating committee will be final and binding on all participants.
