responsibilities included creating comprehensive Functional Specifications (FS) documents, test scripts, and manuals tailored to the NDRMF
Procurement Department's needs. I also trained their procurement team members on MM functionalities, collaborated with the technical team for
customized solutions, and ensured successful implementation. Testing SAP Fiori MM and conducting training sessions at Tally-Biafo in Karachi were also
part of my contributions. I actively engaged in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), unit testing, and integration testing to guarantee system readiness and
user satisfaction for SAP MM processes.
TASK MANAGER FIORI APPLICATION:-

I developed a Task Manager Fiori application tailored for the NDRMF Admin Department, streamlining task management processes. The app includes
features like task creation with detailed information, task assignment, and a personalized task list for assignees. Users can add remarks to tasks, which
are recorded in a sequential Task history section. Each task is assigned a unique ID for easy reference, and tasks can be assigned to multiple users for
collaboration. The application ensures the permanence of remarks and attachments. Admin users have rights activation/deactivation control, and a
customized report feature provides insights into task statuses and progress for efficient monitoring and decision-making.
VENDOR REGISTRATION PORTAL:-

I developed a comprehensive Vendor Registration Portal for NDRMF with three key sections: Company Details and General Information, Financial
Information, and Technical Capabilities. The first section captures essential vendor information, including company details, addresses, and business
specifics. In the Financial Information section, vendors provide their sales history and banking details for transparent transactions. The Technical
 Capabilities section showcases the vendor's quality assurance and industry experience. I ensured a user-friendly interface, data validation, and security
measures, collaborating with stakeholders for requirements and user testing. This streamlined vendor onboarding, strengthening supplier relationships
and improving the company's supply chain and operations.
