Current week
This week we created our own health blog post and received comments. We read and responded to a folktale. Then we finished the Unit with a mini 'speaking'
project to review the unit.

Next week
Next week we will begin with a Unit 2 Test. Then we will begin a new Unit called "Places" where they will describe and compare various places around the world.
They will use adjectives to describe places and comparative/superlative adjectives to compare and contrast.

Maths
Current week
This week students studied square and triangular numbers as well as spatial patterns.

Next week
Next week students will learn to identify prime numbers up to 100. They will then learn to know the difference between prime and composite numbers.

Science
Current week
This week students completed the Unit 1 test.

Next week
This week we will study Unit 2.1 How are sounds made? (Learner’s book page 31)The students will Investigate how sounds are made by vibrating sources. The
students also will perform Think Like a Scientist 1 “Investigate how sounds are made”. In this activity, they will need the following materials: plastic wrap, elastic
bands, rice grains, an empty glass jar, a metal baking tray, a wooden spoon, and a pencil. Please support the students to bring the materials which their group
discuss about.

Next week
Next week students will begin a new challenge called "Staying Healthy".

 Current week
This week the students started their new unit in which they learned about how computers really work through binary. In the lesson the students learned more
about what’s inside a computer and how a computer is constantly making decisions using binary.

Next week
Next week the students will continue their new unit in which they will learn about how computers really work through binary. In the lesson, the students reflect on
their knowledge of computer parts and then they will continue to learn how computers use binary codes to show information

HOMEWORK & RAZKIDS

Myimaths tasks are set for Tuesday. Razkids reading and quizzes. Spelling test on Friday.
