PROJECT SYNOPSIS

Shopping Website
• Title of Project – Shopify
• Technologies Used-
o HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) for
structuring the website's layout and content.
o CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) for styling and
enhancing the visual presentation of the website.
o JavaScript for implementing interactive features,
client-side validation, and dynamic content
updates.
o PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) for server-side
scripting, backend logic, and database
interactions.
• Server Used – XAMPP(Apache,MySQL)
• Basic Structure – There will be 2 different types of
users :-
1.Vendor – The one who will upload their products
to sell with all required attributes(price,image,title)
2. Customer – The one who can see all the products
of all the vendors and can place order.
3. Admin – The one who controls everything
 • Key Features –
User Registration and Authentication:
Users can create an account easily by providing necessary
details such as name, email, and password.
Secure authentication system ensures the privacy and security
of user accounts.

Product Listings and Details:

Each product is showcased with high-quality images, detailed
descriptions, pricing, and other relevant information.
Users can view product details, including specifications,
reviews, and ratings to make informed purchasing decisions.

Shopping Cart and Checkout:

Users can add desired products to their shopping cart for later
purchase.
The checkout process is streamlined, allowing users to review
their order, apply discounts or promo codes, and choose
preferred payment and shipping options.

Responsive Design:
The website is designed to be responsive, ensuring a seamless
shopping experience across various devices, including
desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
 Admin Panel:
An intuitive admin panel allows administrators to manage
products, categories, users, orders, and other site content
efficiently.
Administrators can update product inventory, monitor sales
analytics, and handle customer inquiries or issues.

Secure Payment Gateway:

Integration with a secure payment gateway ensures safe and
reliable transactions for users.
