Description:
The project is about a pet hospital where we have clients, who order pet products also schedule
appointments for pet for hospital visit. We have multiple other vendors for products. When ever we get an
order in sales layout our schedule jobs will pick that order and process it. After processing the order again,
we send that order to vendor for approval and tracking number. As soon as we get those details from vendor,
we send email alerts to client on order status.
Description:
The project is about Loan Onboarding of prospect customers interest in personal loan. As part of current
phase, customers will be identified offline and then entered in system manually.
This will be implemented on Salesforce platform using Sales Cloud Edition. Business users from Sales.
With provided Applicant details, including demographic and financial details, customer’s eligibility for
Personal Loan will be determined by integrating the Salesforce org with external systems
Once customer is accepted as eligible for loan application, review will be done by Credit and Operations
team to verify if details entered in the loan application are matching with documents provided.
Accordingly, approve or raise discrepancies or reject the customer.
Description:
The client is a leading hospital in US and wanted a system to help improve the patient experience
during appointment booking and first visit
Leveraging the Salesforce Service Cloud platforms will enable client to create a centralized, accessible system
to store, view, understand, and share data about patients in a secure and collaborative way. As a customer
(patient) relationship management system (CRM), the system will streamline the patient onboarding process at
client as well as provide details of a patient throughout their treatment lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Involved in the design of the application and creating the objects, tabs, fields, and formulas.
• Import/Export records to Sales force via data loader.
• Developed application using Apex Controller, Visual Force pages.

BNSF application uses for flow of bigdata. It is involved with the technologies of KAFKA, AMQ,
ZOOKEEPER servers. It contains the information of train timings, user details, station details, starting timings
and reach timings. Created Daily Reports for all the servers.

Led the development team in enhancing the member portal for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, a prominent
healthcare insurance provider. The project aimed to improve the user experience for members accessing their
healthcare information, policy details, and claims processing through an intuitive and secure web portal.
