I am writing to you today to address the open school psychologist position at your school.
The impact a psychologist could have on struggling students is immense, and I would
love to have that impact on your students. I learned about your job opening while
searching on Monster Jobs, and I believe that I am the right fit with your hardworking staff.

I recently earned my B.S. degree in Social Psychology from Michigan State University
while also obtaining a minor in Health Sciences. With my degree in Social Psychology and
all my past experiences I have gained extensive knowledge of how to handle and comfort
others. I have been working with others and teaching them throughout my life while
coaching hockey to younger players and this has helped me develop helpful
communication and understanding skills.

I have found throughout my years of studying Social Psychology that people often learn
better when they are in better moods. This is what I plan to do with the student here at
your school. I know the importance of school and learning and want to strive to get all the
kids to learn at your school. I want to help struggling individuals and show them that they
have someone here to help them whenever they may need that support.

The thought of helping individuals at your school brings me joy knowing the impact I can
make on them. I feel that I have the drive and skills necessary to excel in this position at
your school. I would like to meet with you in the near future to discuss this opportunity
