 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) TERMS FOR QUOTATION

a) Survey, Technical Consultation and Quotation is free of charge for the customers
b) Any Quotation or Estimate is valid for 7 days only
c) 100% of advance payment is required for order confirmation

2) TERMS FOR RETURN AND REFUND

a) Paid invoices can not be cancelled or refunded
b) In case of Chipped off / Damaged / Without packing / Without complete accessories, the return will be not acceptable.
c) Out Station Return will be self-dropped by the client to the warehouse
d) Return will not be accepted at any reseller or distributor of Mux.
e) No refund, only exchange is applicable on delivered goods.

3) TERMS FOR ORDER DELIVERY

a) Order delivery time is 6 weeks after order confirmation
b) Estimated time of delivery mentioned on the invoice can vary
c) In-case of any changes in govt policies, Mux will not be responsible for any delays in delivery
d) Delivery will be made on Ground Floor only
e) Company is not responsible for any damages of Out Station Deliveries.
f) Delivery will not be made at any location other than the mentioned address at the time of booking.
g) Signature on the DC (Delivery Challan) by the customer is treated as final acceptance. Any claim of damaged / faulty / missing items will not
be entertained after the DC is signed.
h) Order will be reserved for only 15 Days after delivery date at the Warehouse, after that 1% will be charged every week as Warehouse
Charges

4) TERMS FOR ORDER INSTALLATION

a) Site must be in ready condition prior to installation
b) Concealed box size for installation of switches must be standard of 3x3’’ or 3x6’’
c) Client must ensure availability of stable 2.4GHz internet connection at site

5) TERMS FOR WARRANTY

a) All Mux devices carry 1-year replacement warranty.

6) TERMS FOR PAYMENT

a) Advance payment is Non-Refundable
b) In case of a bounced cheque, the client has to honour the cheque within 3 days, otherwise invoices will be cancelled.
