The Current meter reading for the borehole is 0087 as at 26th January 2023 and Meter NO -H406524

I hereby kindly request you issue us with Water Abstraction Permit. I have attached the Borehole
completion report and a Bankers cheque (________ BANK) No. ____ of Kshs 10,000.00 (Kenya
Shillings Ten Thousand only).

1. Abstraction Permit Fee - Kshs 7,500.00

2. Extra advance Fee For Water Consumption - Kshs 2,500.00

Total Kshs 10,000.00
