Dear Dr.

Alex Otti,

The pictures 1-20 are stages of work on your pool in Arochukwu. The pictures 21 24 depict, similar work on a pool in Asokoro residence of one of the CBN deputy Governors. The dimension of the recessed housing trough is: I. Length: 24ft by width: 10ft 6inches approximately by depth: 5ft 7inches II. Engine room: 10ft 2inches * 4ft 10 inches by depth 7ft 5 inches The essence of this is for you to see the extent of work done to add value to your pool. Can slightly above N800, 000 (eight hundred thousand naira) carry out this project (material and labour) more so, in an emergency situation during Christmas period? This work started on the 5th of December 2011 with your go ahead order. You only mobilized me on the 9th December 2011 via Mr. Mike in Umuahia, with N100, 000 (one hundred thousand naira). Then the second payment of N150, 000 was made to us through the same Mr. Mike three days after or there about. It was on the 15th that relatively bulk sum of N467, 000 was paid to us for work. By this time, we were owing our suppliers. Greater part of this money went into payment of debt. If I had not used some wisdom to arrange for these supplies, there is no way we would have reached were we are now. If you had mobilized me with the sum of N500, 000, we would have been faster. Sir, from what you see on the picture and on the ground, would slightly above N800, 000 have done the job? The next money you paid was specified for copping stones, tiles and their transportation fees (slightly above N1.1 Million). So the total money you paid to me, so far, for building and embellishing the recessed housing, overhauling your pool, building and relocating your engine room was slightly above N800, 000 (material and labour). What of my fee? Where comes the fantastic bills? There are some works still to be done on the recessed housing: 1. Metal steps for climbing into it. 2. Drain for water. 3. Probably tiling of the interior to make cleaning practicable this is optional. 4. Skye blue sliding aluminum window as

vent for the engine room. These ones can go on pending the availability of the pool cover, to save time. Please sir, I will forward to you my reviewed bills for the entire work in a subsequent mail. Remain blessed. Barth Ngangah 7th January, 2012

This pool is being reconnected and over hauled by us, it is in a house rented by CBN, in No. 4 Richard Clarpata street, Asokoro, Abuja, for one of its deputy Governor. Here the tiles are scrapped for water proofing and retilling. The job is done here and the pool is been filled with water. The pool is completely filled to the brim and it is functioning to date. A pool built by us with copping stones as captiles in Nike lake street Maitama, Abuja.
