It is my pleasure and honor to recommend Saifullah Mansur for the Indian Council for Cultural Relations Scholarship. I have
known Saifullah for 2 years and was delighted to serve as his teacher in my Zoology course on 'Tamirul Millat Kamil
Madrasah'. After reading through the criteria of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations Scholarship, I strongly believe that
you would struggle to find a student more deserving and more in need of it than Saifullah.

The Indian Council for Cultural Relations Scholarship looks for students who possess exceptional scholastic abilities, as well
as the drive to use those abilities to their full potential. Since I have known him, Saifullah has demonstrated his superior
intellect and thirst to understand the culture and consciousness of his fellow man on multiple occasions. In particular, his
academic results contained remarkable that was eye opening even for an experienced professor in the field such as myself.

On a personal level, Saifullah is a young man of strong character who fully embodies all the traits you look for in potential
candidates. Specifically, I was astounded by his passionate attitude, kindness, selflessness, and devotion to helping the less
fortunate in any way he can.

Saifullah is truly an exceptional student whose academic talent, intellectual strengths, and personal characteristics would be
an asset to any University. Despite his constant struggles in life, Saifullah has always demonstrated a strong will to stand up
to these challenges and follow his dreams. It would truly be a tragedy if he was unable to pursue his academic goals as a result
of his difficult financial situation.

I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Saifullah for the Indian Council for Cultural Relations Scholarship. I
