SPECIFIC POWER OF ATTORNEY

This power of attorney is made at Australia this ___ day of ___202__by patel Rahul s/o kantibhai
patel presently residing at-salavada,ta:lunawada,dist:mahisagar,389230(hereinafter referred to as the
‘Donor’) in favour of mehul patel D/o of kantibhai residing at salavada,ta:lunawada,dist:mahisagar,389230
(hereinafter referred to as the ‘donee’).
WHEREAS
(1) The donor has availed loan against gold jewellery for an amount 2,28,167 from bajaj finance,LTD
(hereafter referred as ‘’BFL’’) vide loan account NO:PO9VGOL6479128
2) In accordance with the agreed terms and conditions of loan document, the said loan has been repald. In
view of the same, it has become necessary to get released the gold jewellery/ornaments that has been kept
As security wth BFL.
AND WHEREAS, I PATEL RAHULKANTIBHAI,due to out of Country, will not be available to collect the gold
jewellery/ornaments from the BFL.
NOW KNOW YOU ALL AND THESE PRESENTS WITNESS thatI RAHUL KANTIBHAI PATEL hereby appoint,
nominate constitute and authorize my BROTHER,MEHUL KANTIBHAI PATEL Age 23, Occupation Job, residing at
SALAVADA,TA:LUNAWADA,DIST:MAHISAGAR PIN CO:389230 as my lawful Attorney by virtue of this Specific
Power of Attorney to perform and to carry out the following acts, deeds, matters and things on my
behalf viz.
1. To collect the gold jewellery/ornaments kept with BFL as security for aforesaid loan.
2. To sign, execute the necessary documents/letters as per the procedure laid down by the BFL in respect of
release of gold jewellery/ornaments.
3. To do all such acts as required for releasing the gold jewellery/ornaments with the BFL.
4. And generally to do and execute all acts and deeds and thing as are necessary to be done or executed and
also to do or cause to be done all the acts, deeds, matters and things as the said Attorney shall think for the
purpose for which this Power of Attorney is executed.
5. And I hereby for myself my respective heirs, executors and administrators, agree to ratify all such lawful
acts, deeds and things done and executed by the said attorney pursuant to these presents.
6. And I RAHUL KANTIBHAI PATEL hereby declare that this Power of Attorney shall be Irrevocable and
unconditional.
