GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT

………………………………………, do hereby appoint, nominate, constitute and
authorise (my Father/ Father in Law) Mr. ………… ………………………………….. as
my true and lawful General Attorney.

WHEREAS the Executant is absolute owner of ……………………………………….

(hereinafter called the PROPERTY).

AND WHEREAS I am being unable to look after the said Property personally, so I
hereby authorise my said attorney to do the following acts, deeds, and things in respect
of my said Property in my name and on my behalf:

1. To manage and control the said Property in all respects and to represent me before
each and every concerned authority on my behalf.

2. To make any correspondence with Concern Company, Civil Supplies, Water

Supplies, Tehsildar/Naib Tehsildar, Patwari/ Girdawar, Sub Registrar/Registrar,
Commissioner, CO, LAC, LO, and all other concerned officers/authorities for the
transfer/sale of the above Property in the name of any other person.

3. To enter into an agreement for sale with intending purchaser(s), to receive the
advance/earnest money in her own name and to issue the receipt(s) for the same.
4. To get the Sale Deed executed and gets it registered before the concerned Sub
Registrar/Registrar and to receive the sale consideration in full and final in his/her
own name and to issue the receipt(s) for the same.

5. To get the Relinquish/Release Deed, Transfer Deed, Special Power of Attorney, Gift
Deed, Rectification Deed/Correction Deed/Titamma Deed, Supplementary Deed,
Mortgage Deed, Lease deed, Surrender Lease Deed/Cancelation of Lease Deed,
Partition Deed executed and get them registered before the concerned sub-registrar,
to let out the said property, to recover the rent in his/her/their own name and issue
receipt thereof, to get the same vacated through Court of Law owing to any breach or
default. To get loan in cash or by Cheque under his/her/their own signatures, to get
compensation amount if the above said Property is acquired by any authority.

6. To sign, verify and file all types of affidavit undertakings, indemnity bond, forms,
applications, challan, summons, TDS etc. in all the offices
/authorities/courts/Banks/Income Tax Department etc.

7. To receive all kinds of letters, notices of the above said property and to reply thereof
and every concerned office/authority.

8. To engage or appoint any pleader, advocate, vakil, special attorney, signatory and to
file the suit/s to contest the case/s in all the competent court/authority and to appear
personally there under, to sign and verify documents, to have the copy of any
document/order/notice judgment and to appear to the appellate court/authority and to
proceed there under accordingly.

9. To make construction, to apply for sanctioned Plan, to get electric/water connection,

to get completion certificate, to get NOC, to deposit Development Charges with
concerned authority, to do all formalities in respect of the same.

To get compensation amount by Cheque/D.D or Cash, to get alternative site if the said
property is acquired by any authority.
 And Generally to do all other acts, deeds and things which are not specifically mentioned
herein should be considered as acts done by me if I was present.

And I do hereby agree to confirm and ratify that all the acts, deeds and things done by my
said attorney shall be construed as acts, deeds and things done by me personally if I was
present.
