Understanding current processes with customizations pertaining to -- 1. GL - Ledegers, LEs, Otrg
structure in general, 2. AP /PO -- P2P Cycle, AR/OE - O2C Cycle , Project Invoicing , Item Definitions,
HR & Payroll transactions etc. t would also involve inbound and outbound interfaces to and from
Oracle EBS.

Assessing new functionality and fitment to the business and assessment of CEMLIs for retrofitting.
This pertains to Financials (GL,AP,AR,FA,CE), Projects, SCM (Inv,PO, OE) & HR,Payroll. It would also
involve inbound and outbound interfaces to and from Oracle EBS.Checking specific scenarios in
Payroll pertaining to Loans and Advances and Salary accounting in GL.

Carrying out P2P, O2C cycles and checking its accounting impact in GL. Also, checking some sample
reports. Checking specific scenarios in Payroll pertaining to Loans and Advances and Salary
accounting in GL. Data validation.

Configuration of new functionalities in financials , SCM, Projects and HR/Payroll.Helping and testing
CEMLI development.

Understanding GST requirements, configuring GST set-ups andcrrying out testing.

Carrying out P2P, O2C cycles and checking its accounting impact in GL. It would be with the available
CEMLI components. Also, checking some sample reports. Checking specific scenarios in Payroll
pertaining to Loans and Advances and Salary accounting in GL. Data validation.
Addressing issues encountered during testing. This is related to form testing, functionality testing in
P2P , O2C cycles, accounting of Payroll transactions etc.
Conduting user training in GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Projects, PO, INV,OM, HR, Payroll etc. This training
would be more specifically towards delta changes due to upgradation.
User acceptance testing for various functinaities and more specifically of delta changes and CEMLIs.
In this phase the users will carry out the transactions and consultants will provide issue based
support. Issues encountered in this phase will be addressed / resolved by the consultants.
In this phase the data back up will be taken, CEMLIs will be checked etc.
