● Cardiovascular Endurance is needed for the player to be constantly active and attentive
towards the ball throughout the game without losing energy.
● Speed is a useful weapon while playing basketball since it would help players to
strategise and react quickly while overthrowing opponent members.
● Flexibility is a helpful quality and would make it easier for players to shoot, run, pass,
dribble, e.t.c.

2. How does your and your partner’s physical fitness impact your and his/her How performance

● Speed is an area of improvement for me with the lack of which I often couldn’t prevent

in a very short period of time which means that I have to work on my cardiovascular
endurance and manage my stamina more smartly.
● I had developed enough flexibility to be able to successfully shoot often and receive the
ball from my teammates.
