According to the international standards which being applied by the regional
and global fire and gas companies, The existing training course doesn’t meet
the minimum requirement of the theoretical and practical training for our
instrument teem to be able to manage and execute the maintenance
activities professionally and to obtain the required knowledge since the
current training course period is short , the discussed topics are less and the
practical part is at the minimum level .
So, we strongly emphasise on the following training courses to be included
which required around one year of training (this scenario was almost applied
in Oman by Petrofac to train their employees)
