Bread Volume Analyzer

I. Application
Bread Volume Analyzer is a measuring instruments, can measure for bread, buns and all
kinds of irregular solid food volume.
This instrument applies to less than 100ML value of the food volume measurement, widely
used in grain, the food department etc.

III .Using Method

Fix the volume instrument in a stable workbench. Operation steps are as follows:

1. Adjust zero
Cover the bottom cabinet cover, pull the flapper, and put the filler into from the top of volume
instrument to scale zero line. After repeated cover the top cover upside down several times to
eliminate dead space gap, adjust the filler amount to scale the zero line
①For bread volume in 0~600ML, directly put the filler into the bottom cabinet, and adjust to
zero line with rule I
② For bread volume in 400 ~ 1000ML ,put the filler in a certain volume of standard modules
(400ML) into the bottom cabinet ,and adjust to zero line with rule II .
2. Will cause the flip, the entire apparatus was inverted like filler to fall entirely into the top of the
volume instrument cabinet, shut the flapper
3. Open the bottom cabinet, put into the test bread (should show module)
4. The inverted instrument reveal, cover the top of the cabinet.
5. Opened the flapper, the natural fall of filler, filler shows the scale readout on the scale,
determination of value is the volume of bread

IV. Attention

1. Volume Analyzer: should be placed in a dry, clean place, keep inner cabinet clean.
2. before each experiment to check the zero line, after the experiment clean up the tested
food slag.
3. In the course of the flapper insert and pull out the appropriate amount of force
requirements, to make the filler naturally fall, do not beat, collision equipment, so as
not to affect the measurement results.
4. Filler (rapeseed) before processing: about 2KG rapeseed should be washed away the
dust, removed impurities, dried it into the oven below 105 ℃ for 30min, and then take it
out put it into plastic bag for spare use.
