Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

1. Drain the coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage
or for disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling
System Coolant - Change".

2. Remove bolts (3). Remove elbow (4). Remove the O-ring seal from elbow (4).

3. Remove bolts (6). Disconnect elbow (7). Remove the O-ring seal.

4. Use Tooling (A) and attach a suitable lifting device onto water pump (1). The

weight of water pump (1) is approximately 44 kg (97 lb). Disconnect hose
assembly (2). Remove bolts (5) and remove water pump (1).
