Dear Sir,
I Asantewaaa Bridget, level 300 student of this great noble institution, offering

BED. Primary. Am writing to request permission to re-take the examination for the level 200

second semester examination.

I was unable to appear during the examination due to poor health. I was admitted at

Tamale SDA hospital on the 19th December, 2023 the Doctor performed a caesarean section

on me. I was only able to write two of the papers out of seven of them. I have also attached

my medical certificate from the doctor for your reference.

I would appreciate the opportunity to retake the examination, as it would allow me

to improve my academic performance. Thank you for time and consideration of this request.
