Dear SHS subject teachers,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to request your assistance in
granting permission for students from your class to participate in an upcoming practical research event
tittle defense scheduled to take place on Monday – Wednesday April 22 – 24, 2024.

The Practical research tittle defense is an invaluable opportunity for our students to engage in hands-on
research activities, collaborate with peers and experts in their field, and gain practical experience that
complements their academic studies. Through this event, they will have the chance to apply the
theoretical knowledge they have acquired in the classroom to real-world scenarios, thereby enhancing
their understanding and skill set.

Participation in such events not only enriches the educational experience of our students but also
contributes to their personal and professional development. It fosters a spirit of curiosity, innovation,
and critical thinking, qualities that are essential for success in today's dynamic and competitive world.

Therefore, I kindly request your support in excusing the following students from their regular academic
commitments to enable their participation in the Practical research tittle defense:
