ANSWER:
As we observed carefully to the pictures given to us, it tells
about the COMELEC or the COMMISSION ON ELECTION that is
the principal government agency tasked by the Constitution to
enforce and administer all laws and regulations concerning the
conduct of regular and special elections. It is a body that is
designed to be constitutionally independent from the executive,
legislative and judicial branches of government to ensure the
conduct of free, fair and honest elections.

Regarding with the given pictures, our group observed and discuss
that the pictures tells about how the politicians conduct with their
campaigns. The objective of the electoral campaigns of candidates
and political parties is to win voter support in the period preceding an
election.
