Vacancy Disclaimer

All organisations must adhere to our stringent Terms and Conditions of advertising, which aim to ensure that all opportunities posted are
valid at the time of advertising. Please be aware that circumstances can change, so should you have any specific questions regarding an
opportunity please contact the organisation directly. It is your responsibility, as with all vacancies, not just those on Careers Connect, to
conduct your own research, check details, and confirm the role and company meet your personal requirements. When opportunities are
advertised by sole traders, start-ups and international companies, or for part-time and freelance roles, the risk(s) may be heightened, so
we recommend paying extra attention when applying for these opportunities wherever they are advertised.

If you are an International Student (from outside the UK or EU) you should check your eligibility to work or volunteer in the UK with UK Visas
and Immigration (formerly the UK Borders Agency) at https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/uk-visas-and-immigration. Other
international opportunities require students/graduates to check visa requirements and ensure passports are up to date. If the opportunity
is based overseas, it may have different payment scales and legislation to the UK which you should investigate before applying. Students
are advised to conduct their own research into payment and safety and stability in the intended country of work before applying.

If this opportunity requires students/graduates to pay a fee, is voluntary and unpaid, then the opportunity falls outside Careers
Network’s Advertising Terms. We, therefore, recommend that interested students/graduates undertake their own research before
applying. For certain unpaid and voluntary opportunities, you may be eligible to apply for a University of Birmingham Work Experience
Bursary to assist with some of the costs involved. For more information regarding UoB bursaries, please
visit www.birmingham.ac.uk/internships/funding or contact the Internships Team internships@contacts.bham.ac.uk.

If this role is an unpaid opportunity designed to be integrated within the curriculum, please explore the feasibility of funding the
opportunity before applying. The Funding, Graduation and Awards (FGA) team are always available to answer any financial support
questions you have, whether these are related to your tuition fees or living costs and you can email your questions to them via
fga@contacts.bham.ac.uk.

If you have additional requirements, would like advice on how to undertake due diligence on a company or vacancy, or are concerned
about whether you would be able to fulfil the job description, please contact the employer directly. If you would like any advice on
disclosure or completing your application, please arrange an appointment with a member of our Advice and Guidance team through the
Appointments tab.

About JamJarGill.com
Main business: : Advertising; PR and Marketing

JamJarGill.com launched in 2010 as an Eco Lifestyle Blog, having been brought up

to be Eco-Conscious, I kind of took this mindset for granted growing up and it was
only when I went into the adult world that I realised not everyone had received the
same messaging; Prioritising connecting with nature, home cooking, seasonal
cooking where possible, conscious consumerism and conscious disposal of what
we no longer need, thriftiness etc, this for me is all Grass-roots Eco and I refer to
this part of my brand as being an Eco-Influencer, which is a juxtaposition of
"influencer-culture" - it's all the slow movements, the mindful movements, the
reaching out and connecting with people in an authentic way about these
subjects, without pressurising them to "do it all", but rather just think about how
and why they consume before they do, I always aim to use my platforms for good,
and to connect with like-minded people and develop a community around Eco-
lifestyle.

2 years ago I launched the other two parts of my brand: My holistic health
podcast and my creative business support.

The JamJarGill Podcast: This is my passion project, and I release one

episode a month talking to fascinating specialists from many many

Healers, Reiki practitioners, the list goes on and on - but I love this platform
and I love these conversations, as I investigate, educate and empower
myself to have an ever-evolving holistic tool kit, my intension is that this will
resonate with others too and they too will build theirs to help their mental
and physical health through this knowledge.

Finally JJG Creative is my creative business support offering, where I love

connecting with like-minded business owners and using all the skills which I
have learned through growing my brand to help their businesses thrive too.
