To me learning is finding gout new things.

Making sure everyone understands what is

being taught no matter what you do to get there. A successful learning situation is a place

where everyone feels heard and respected. I want every student to get the most out of their

school day when they are in my classroom. I hope that I can be a teacher that encourages

students to give their best, not give up, and keep trying until they understand what is being

taught. I as a teacher need to be flexible when it comes to lessons and understand that not

every day will be the same. Some things may work out great and exactly as it was planned but

others may not, and I need to know how to change something on the fly. And without it causes

me stress or worry. Students should be able to have any goal they hope for when it comes to in

school goals and outside school goals. I want to be there for my students to help them

accomplish whatever they want. And I will be there for them and care for them. As a teacher

students would feel like they can talk to me. I don’t want a student to be afraid to ask for help. I

will be willing to be there for them no matter what. I am a very list type of person; I want to

keep things as simple as possible and organized. I want to be not afraid to ask for help when it

comes to talking with other teachers. I want someone who has been doing this for a while to

give me advice and what works for them and just get all I can from others. I need to find

something that works for me as a teacher and then be willing to change when I may need to.
