7. What is the value proposition of your company? (A simple statement that summarizes
why a customer would choose your product or service)
8. Who is your customer demographic? Describe the targeted customer base.
9. How large is the market opportunity? Do you know the growth potential?
10. What is the most significant market trend in this industry?
11. Do you have any mentors, strategic advisers, or board members?
12. Who are the main competitors, both direct and indirect?
13. Does the company have defensible intellectual property?
14. What funds do you need for a 3-year growth plan?
15. How will these funds be used to create value? Describe our R.O.I. (return on investment)
16. What does your team look like and their experience?
