Movements

Mov is an effort-like
light and heavy movements.
It is how smooth or jerk a
movement is.
Types of Movement
Bound Movement
This movement has a lot
of starts and stops. Such
movement is jerky.
Bound Movement
To illustrate, stay in your home
space. Walk around the room. Pause
when you hear the word STOP. Count
one to five, continue to walk. Pause
again when you hear STOP. Do this
activity until your teacher tells you
that the activity is done.
Free Movement
This movement is the
opposite of bound.
Free Movement
To illustrate, stay in your
home space. Walk around the
room. Do not stop unless your
teacher gives the signal.
