 Raising our hands while shaking
 Twisting our body
 Rotating our hips

 This is kind of exercise is helpful to our body.
 It
will make our joints flexible and will enable us to
move freely.
 Ifwe are flexible, we can stretch farther like touch
our toes or bend our arms without hurting ourselves.
 Being flexible also allows us to adjust from one
movement to another and perform better and safely
in sports.
Personal Space

 Personal
space is where we perform our body
movements freely.
 When we perform in our space, we will be more
comfortable to move freely without affecting our
friends and playmates.
Non-locomotor movements

 Non-locomotor movements include bending,


stretching, pushing or pulling, raising or
lowering, twisting or turning and shaking.
 Non-locomotor movements which you move
freely stay on one place.
