Body actions like walking, sitting and standing
are normal activities of the body. Always
remember that correct posture must be
maintained and observed at all times. Carrying
ourselves with correct posture promotes positive
look and shows self-confidence.
There are enjoyable and healthy activities that
promotes the ability of our heart, lungs, muscles and
other body parts to work together to meet our needs.
Some these includes running, jumping, pushing, pulling,
dancing and swimming. Brisk walking is a good and
enjoyable exercise for fitness when done for 30 minutes a
day.
Here are body actions to exercise our body limbs and other parts.
Let’s perform together:

1. Bend
2. Extend
3. Twist
4. Swing
5. Sway
6. Rotate
Doing regular activities is good for our mind and body
Let’s move our bodies everyday what God given to us.
