Analysis:

1.How does the movement pattern affect our daily routine?

Movement pattern affect our daily routine. Because of this pattern,


our body will be able to stimulate everyday. Also our muscles and
joints. These pattern allow us to usconsciouly engage the chain of our
sequence muscle. Also these pattern develop us a strength. When we
have an activity to do, it can make more easily to do.

2. How often do you perform bends?

I perform bends when there's something that fall. I need to bend


over to pick the things. Also, i perform bend when I cleaning the house
such as sweeping, I need to bend so that I can do it well. Also, I perform
bend everytime i wash clothes, i need to bend to fill the mug with
water and put it in the basin.

3. How can we execute squat properly?

We execute squat properly by following the basics proper squat and


these are the following that we need to follow: First, We need to stand
with feet a little wider than hip width and the toes are facing in front.
Then, lower down, as if we sitting in a invisible chair. Keeps straighten
our legs to lift back up. Lastly, Repeat the movement.

4. How does pushing movement affect our body posture?


Pushing movement affects our body posture because when we do
the pushing movement our body gets stronger and also our muscles.
The way we push something like table, it makes our upper back
strengthen and helps our back not to be injure immediately. Also it
helps our arms stretch and make it strong.

5. How does daily household chore associated in movement patterns?

Daily household chores associated in movement patterns. Every


time I do household chores, it helps my body to be able to exercise.
And my muscles will be stretched. Just like washing a cloths, sweeping
and picking the falling things. I need to bend to do it easy. And these
three household chores are associated in movement patterns.

6. How can movement patterns help in achieving physical fitness?

Movement patterns helps in achieving physical fitness. It has


many benefits that we get here, including to improve our overall health
and fitnesses to avoid injury on our body, reducing our risk for many
chronic diseases and inhanced coordination and balance. Also,
Movement patterns helps us to lose our body fats.
