9. Form BTP - 7: Outline works plan

Each Bidder shall set out a detailed Program and Schedule for mobilisation and implementation of
the Works to be performed, including estimated starting and finishing dates for individual
components and identification of major milestones and critical path. The proposed Program and

following:
(a) Details of the proposed schedule for obtaining permits that may be necessary in order to
commence the Works, including the preparation of required studies, supporting information,
and applications.
(b) Details of the proposed timeline for carrying out the Works within the Time for Completion, in
the form of a bar chart showing notably the critical path.
(c) Details of the proposed timeline for the testing, commissioning and handing over of the
completed Works.
