Rationale In line to the San Narciso Central Elementary School’s initiative to provide professional
development opportunities for teachers, Learning Action Cell (LAC in will be conducted. Learning
Action Cell serves as a channel for teachers to improve and advance their knowledge in their field.
Based on the school’s Individual Professional Plan for Development (IPPD) this LAC focuses
on improving management of classroom structure to engage learners, individually or groups, in
meaningful exploration, discovery and hands-on activities within range of physical learning
environments.
Objectives Terminal :
 This LAC aims to improve participants’ skill on management of classroom structure to
engage learners, individually or groups, in meaningful exploration, discovery and hands-
on activities within range of physical learning environments.
