NOTIFICATION
Imphal, the 10th August 2023

This is to notify the Guidelines for the Common Entrance Examination for ad~iss!on to B.Sc.
Nursing & Paramedical courses, 2023, M.Sc.Nursing course Entrance Exam1nat1on, 2023 &
ANM GNM Entrance Examination, 2023 as follows.
1. Candidates will be allowed to enter the Examination Centre only on production of the
Admit Card along with a valid Photo ID card (E.g. Aadhaar card, Driving License, Voter
ID card, Passport or any Government issued ID card).
2. No mobile phones, smart watches or any electronic gadgets shall be allowed in the
examination hall. Dial wrist watch (analogue) is permitted'.
3. Candidates shall be allowed to enter the Centre Campus from 8:00 AM (for morning shift)
or from 1:00 PM (for afternoon shift) to locate their allotted room/hall.

4. Candidates shall be allowed to enter their Rooms/Halls from 8:30 AM (for morning shift)
or from 1:30 PM (for afternoon shift).
5. Answer sheets shall be distributed from 8:40 AM(for morning shift) or from 1:40 PM (for
afternoon shift). Any defective Answer sheet shall be replaced. After reading the
Instructions given on the front page of the Test Booklet, the candidates shall fill in the roll
numbers and other details on the Answer sheets. No Answer sheets will be replaced once
roll numbers have been filled.
6. Question /Test Booklets shall be distributed from 8:50 AM (for morning shift) or from 1:50
PM (for afternoon shift). The candidates shall open the seal and check for any error or
missing pages in the Test/Question Booklet. Any defective Test/Question Booklet shall
be replaced before 9 A.M (for morning shift) or from 2:00 PM (for afternoon shift) i.e. start
of the examination.
7. Candidates shall be allowed to start answering in the Answer sheets at 9:00 AM (for
morning shift) or at 2:00 PM (for afternoon shift).

8. Candidates shall not be allowed to enter the Center Campus after 9: 15 AM (for morning
shift) or from 2:15 PM (for afternoon shift).

9. Candidates shall be allowed to leave the room/hall after completion of 2 hours

examination i.e. from 11 :00 AM(for 111oming shift) or from 4:00 PM (for afternoon shift).

10. Invigilators shall ensure that all the candidates mandatorlly hand over their
Test/Question Booklets & Answer sheets before leaving the Room/Hall.
