OBJECTIVE:

At the end of this session, you should be able to:


1. Review achievement chart purpose and
components
2. Understand the purpose and components of
Learners Achievement Monitoring
3. Prepare Learners Achievement Monitoring Report
based on CBLM and guidelines
DEVELOP LEARNING MATERIALS
• Achievement chart – This chart is a monitor of the required projects
and activities usually in the job/task/operation sheets of the CBLM.
These requirements are needed in the attainment of the skills of the
competency.

The achievement chart is most recommended specially for qualifications that


requires many activities and requirements to finish a learning outcome.
Oftentimes, if this happens your trainees will not see progress on the
progress chart. The achievement chart is made so that you can monitor daily
accomplishments of trainees.

3. Learning Outcome – Elements in the TR/CBC/CBLM/LMS
4. Act1/Act2/Act3 – Activities/Task/Job/Operation based on the performance
activities in the Learning Management System (e.g. Google Classroom).
5. Test – self check/quizzes per Learning Outcome depending on the number
of self check/quizzes in your LMS
6. All activities should be checked before Institutional Assessment
7. Institutional Assessment is conducted every after completing each unit of
competency
