1. Vide order dated 10.03.2023, the State was directed to verify the
Aadhar Card as well as school leaving certificate with regard to one child,
who was recovered from the premises of the petitioner. The said documents
filed vide diary no. 358997 are part of the record.
2. The learned APP appearing on behalf of the State submits that the
Aadhar Card of the child cannot be verified until and unless specific
direction is given to the UOI by this court.
3. In view of the above, let Ms. Richa Dhawan, who is a senior panel
counsel for the UOI and is present in court, file a verification report of the
concerned authority qua the Aadhar Card of the child in question bearing
No. 6840 4907 5601.
