About the project
Introduction
The main focus of this project is to enhance a motorcycle
driver’s visibility by tinting specific parts of a motorcycle
helmet that may be affected by sunlight or glare. To find out
how much sunlight is projected at the driver, we'll use a lux
meter (a device used to measure and detect the
luminescence of light/UV). From there, we’ll section the
helmet’s visor, add electrochromic films to the sections of
tint, and add light sensors all around the visor. Once the
sensors are placed, we’ll program the sensors to react to
sunlight without causing frequent distractions using an
Arduino which utilizes C++.
