PSA introduces
Reference the SECPA e-Verification Mobile App

To continuously provide excellent service to the public, the Philippine


Statistics Authority (PSA) officially launched the PSA e-Verification Mobile
App which enables the general public to validate the displayed information
against the printed security paper (SECPA).

The PSA e-Verification Mobile App is a stand-alone system (can work


offline) that is accessible on android devices only. It is encrypted through
public-key encryption technology that confirms the authenticity of issued
certifications and copies of civil registry documents by scanning the Quick
Response (QR) code printed in the SECPA, which is now one of the

free of charge, and can be downloaded at the PSA Website through
