The Dr gave us an assignment the title was task for Sunday, I had to write a blog about what problem
did we choose and what did we achieved in our research, and how are we going to decide who is
going to do what, and if we found solutions for our engineering problem, do we all agree or not. We
found three solutions and after a long discussion and searching we chose the best and most effective
solution, what I wrote in the blog was introducing our problem which was infrastructure against
harsh weather conditions, I did a wrong thing by writing it this way I was supposed to write our
problem is the drainage system against stormwater or heavy rains. And I wrote why did we chose this
issue which was that we believe that this problem holds significant importance due to its multifaced
nature and the array of potential causes and solutions. I also included the results we got from our
research which is Germany faced a similar challenge in the past and they successfully implemented
effective solutions. That was the first part of the task now going to next part, I knew that I am going
to read ch.5 of TW and the Dr also included a link that contains videos about the readings, it was a
long assignment but the mistake was one me because I did the assignment very late it was before the
due time by two hours so that made me stressed and I was scared that I am solving it wrong because
I am tired, the reading part contains 7 questions and I couldn’t do the assignment in an early time
because I was studying for my midterms, I had two midterms and a lot of assignments at the same
day so it is hard to keep up with every course I have and what makes it harder is Ramadan and I have
to come to the university every day at 8 am so without even reaching half of the day my energy was
gone, I have to read the assignment more than 3 times to understand and as I said before I have
midterms so the page takes from me 2 hours until I get what is written, only 6 days past from
Ramadan but I feel so tired I don’t know how am I going to attend and study in a right way.
