Research design
In this Qualitative research the researchers use phenomenology approach because our research topic is
about coming out stories of lesbian students, and Phenomenology is a qualitative research approach
that focuses on exploring and understanding human experiences from the perspective of those who
have lived through them. In phenomenological research, the goal is to gain insight into the essence or
nature of a particular phenomenon as it is experienced by individuals. The researchers use
phenomenology approach in this research so that they can discuss the story of lesbian student and know
their perspective.

Respondents of the Study

This research repondents are lesbian students that comes out as they are. The researchers will do
some interviews so they can know what are their stories and struggles coming out as a member of LGBT
especifically lesbians. The researchers may use various sampling technique; the researchers will use
snow ball as their sampling technique. The snowball sampling technique is a non-probability sampling
method used in research, particularly when it is challenging to identify or access a specific population.
This method relies on referrals from initial participants to recruit additional participants, creating a
"snowball" effect. Using this method the researchers will not have so much struggle in finding other
respondents when they got one and also it will make the interview more easy.

Research Locale

CSTC is a college in Sariaya Quezon, Calabarzon located on Malabanan. CSTC is situated

nearby to the public building Barangay Poblacion 3 Outpost and the town hall Poblacion 3
Barangay Hall.
Validation of the Questionare

A Validation of the Question are is refers to a questionare/scale that has been develop to
be administered among the intended respondents .The validation process should have been
completed using a representative sample, demonstrating, adequate, reliability and validity.

Research Instrument
 Research instrument is a tool used to college measure, and analyzing data related to your
research interest. These tool are most commonly used in health sciences, social sciences, and
education to accept patients, clients, students, and teachers.

Data Gathering Procedure

In data gathering procedure there must be a techniques and those are documents
reviews, interviews, focus groups, surveys, observation or testing.
