1. PARTY NAME: PRAJA SENA

In 2014, Telangana was separated from Andhra Pradesh and became an independent state in
India. In this way, Telangana has become an internal colony because of how the different
governments have worked to improve the economy. The region's resources are taken away
and used to help other areas grow. The main problems that people in Telangana have are with
water and irrigation, jobs, and society.

The significance of the party name suggests that it will recognise the State and make it aware
that this party works for the State's welfare. The drive for separate statehood tries to make the
case for getting an equal share of the resources. Because of unfair treatment of the area by
different Andhra Pradesh governments, this happened. People think that making Telangana a
state is the only way to solve these problems. Thus, there is a need for the government to
work for the Telangana citizens and represent them in India as one of the developed States.
The main objective is to provide equality in every field in the State and remove the
discrimination between the people. The Party suggests that this Praja Sena is to improve the
growth and development of the state and for the citizens to improve their living standards
like other states, using constitutional means to bring about social and economic change in
society. It also wants to see the State grow in every way. Thus, TJP has the vision to provide
good governance in the State and remove all the disparities.

2. POLITICAL SYMBOL- PEACOCK

In ancient times, it was a sign of royalty and power. In India, the Peacock is the national bird,
and it stands for wealth and power. People in This bird is our national sign of strength and
power, and its feathers stand for eternal life and protection from evil. The peacock feathers
show wealth and expensive things. This pattern is used in holy art, like in Hinduism, to show
that people will live forever and come back to life. The role in old mythology was that the
Peacock was seen as lucky and holy. In Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism, it was
essential. In art, the Hindu gods Ganesha, Krishna and Saraswati were shown with them.
PRAJA SENA symbolizes the national bird Peacock to remain in the preserve of cultural
heritage. This will also imply that this Peacock as a symbol will develop the State with more
royalty and development. Peacocks are seen as a sign of luck, good fortune, and eternal life
in many religions and countries. Thus, not only are peacock feathers beautiful to look at, but
also seeing or meeting a peacock should be seen as a sign of good luck. Therefore, the
symbol of the Peacock will be the luckiest for the people of the State, and it will be in a more
progressive stage. Hence, for good fortune, as per Hindu mythology, they are good, and it
will have a good impact on the State.

3. MOTTO AND VISION STATEMENT

The party's slogan is "SABKA VIKAS, PRAJA SENA KE SAATH.” The plan includes a"
number of steps meant to give young people, women, farmers, and the poor more power. The
plan is based on the State's history, its wealth of social and cultural variety, its traditions, the
strength of our people, and the hopes and dreams of young people and women.

Our state has the potential to become a power in many areas, and the idea of a '"Welfare
State" encompasses all of them. It is built on five pillars: talent, trade, tradition, tourism, and
technology. The Rainbow of State is an ambitious plan for seven main areas of attention that
will be the driving force behind our efforts to make India a developed country. This includes
our State's rich culture, language, farming, women empowerment, natural resources, the
power of young people, democracy, and knowledge.

The motto and vision for the State could mean a desire for more democracy and power within
a government unit. Sub-regionalism is a movement that isn't precisely ancient but is
essentially modern and wants to bring about a fair and balanced modernization. The vision
for Telangana unites people of different castes, religions, genders, and other categories. Its
main goal is to improve the whole region by focusing on rights and equal access to resources.
It also advocates for a rights-based approach to development, which means that communities
and groups can push their agendas within a bigger picture of fair growth. Thus, for a welfare
State, there is a need for good governance in the country.

4. PARTY’S USP

The Party vision talks about increasing exports and supporting small and medium-sized
businesses, which is a good thing, but it doesn't give any specific details on how the party plans
to do these things. It's clear that this group of businesses doesn't have a plan for how to become
competitive in a global market that has been going through rough and tough times lately.

A minimum income for the poorest families was promised by the other political parties. To
counter this, the PRAJA SENA also offered pensions to small and marginal traders and marginal
farmers. It was also promised in the manifesto that farm loans and have no interest for five years
and investment to be put into the agriculture industry. It also says that farmers' income will
double by the coming years. The manifesto makes people feel that the issues like unemployment,
education and so on will be resolved by various schemes of the government. It chooses to get
people to back it by using vague issues that stir up feelings by bringing up nationalism and
people's fears about national security.

The Party "decisive leadership" has "fundamentally changed the state security paradigm of Zero-
tolerance for terrorism, strengthening the armed forces, self-reliance in the defense sector,
improving the welfare of troops, and tightening border security are all on the state list. "SABKA
VIKAS, PRAJA SENA KE SAATH" is the party's slogan which signifies the party’s vision for
the State’s people. The number of steps that are meant to make things better for poor people,
women, poor people, and young people. A big picture plan is based on the past of the state, its
many social and cultural groups, its traditions, the strength of its people, and the hopes and
dreams of women and young people.

The idea of a "Welfare State" includes all of these ways that the state could become powerful. It's
made up of five things: technology, trade, tradition, skill, and tourism. People's lives in
Telangana were now changing in big ways, and it was emphasized that under the ruling party
governance. PRAJA SENA aimed at organizing many programs for young people. Thus, to make
the vision in the 'Sankalp Patra' their life's work and work toward making the idea of a developed
State in reality. This can come true when all the citizens come forward and unites with PRAJA
SENA for their improvement of living standards in the State.

Therefore, the people should vote for PRAJA SENA as this political party has the vision to work
for the State and become a protector for the State. The Telangana area stifle and discriminate
against the region's culture. But earlier these are all controlled by the powerful people in Andhra
Pradesh. It is important that as Telangana became the separate State it requires good governance
with new development like other States. It should also come forward with new opportunities to
the people. Hence, this State also recognized as a developed State. Hence, PRAJA SENA, aims
to create a new State with good facilities and prevent disparities in the State with socio-economic
development.
5. FOUR AREAS REFORMS

i. CHILDREN EDUCATION

The Constitution under Art. 45 states that it is the obligation of the States to provide free
education to 6-14 years children. Also, the Right to education has been recognized as a
fundamental right under Art. 21. The right to education makes states do certain things, like value,
protect, and carry out this right. As part of their duty to respect, states must refrain from taking
actions that make it more challenging or impossible for people to enjoy their right to education.
The government has done many innovative things to improve the level of education in the State,
including significantly higher education because they think that investing in students now will
pay off in the long run. The PRAJA SENA wants to make sure that all children get a good
education, have a safe place to live, and eat healthy food. They also want to make sure that all
women in the State are healthy and robust. The health and safety of Telangana children is a top
priority, and the State's education reforms are working very well with strong leadership and
vision.
PRAJA SENA has various Scholarship schemes that can provide education to the poor. This
includes scholarships for SCs, STs, Minorities, Tribals, and so on. Even Rs. 3500/—monthly
should be given to boys and girls for their primary education to those children who cannot afford
it. Therefore, there are stricter rules and regulations made regarding the education policies in the
State.

ii. TRIBAL DEVELOPMENT

The Center has identified 468 villages in the districts of “Adilabad, Komaram-Bheem Asifabad,
Nagarkurnool, Rangareddy, and Vikarabad” so that vulnerable tribal people can get better in
every way. The most vulnerable tribal communities are in the Adilabad district. These
communities will be able to get better roads, power, telecom, houses, health cards, farmers' credit
cards, land ownership papers, ration cards, caste certificates, and other basic amenities, just like
their known brethren in other states.
As the Telangana has been found with the tribal community, it requires the development of such
communities. The PRAJA SENA Party has the vision to unite these tribal communities and
progress their development. Their business should develop economically in the country. The
famous resources of the states should be outsourced to different states so that the tribal
community can get employment and income. Further Tourism places like “Mulug, Lakkavaram,
Medarvarm, Tadvari, Dhamaravai, Bhogata waterfalls” and other places as a tourism places so
that tribal people can get more opportunities in the tourism industry. And from such an
opportunity, they will also work together to develop such places. There should be the
establishment of a Tribal museum so that the people of the State know the value of the cultural
heritage of the tribal community. Also, tribal women get the empowerment to come forward and
take advantage of the opportunities. They will receive Rs. 2700/- monthly and other avail
schemes in the State.
Hence, the PRAJA SENA Party's vision is to develop the State, where they focus on one such
area is the tribal communities employment and education, and implement various schemes for
them.

iii. DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE

Infrastructure includes things like power, roads, telephones, trains, irrigation, water supply and
sanitation, airports and ports, storage facilities, and oil and gas pipelines. Telangana has grown
very quickly, even though it is the smallest State in the country. Even though the world and state
economies are slowing down, Telangana's economy has grown quickly and strongly. In 2019, the
world's economy grew by 2.4%, which was the fastest rate since the financial crisis. Culture,
history, faith, and wealth are all found in Telangana, making it a truly amazing place to live. The
people are dedicated and hardworking, as well as sophisticated and beautiful. They have shown
their strength many times, and many people have been moved to do the same.
It is the duty of the States to develop the infrastructure facilities whether related to roads,
building or medical facilities. Thus, PRAJA SENA’s vision to develop the State and make
people from different religions, castes, genders, and other groups are united by the goal for the
State. The group's main goal is to make the whole area better by focusing on rights and fair
access to resources. It also supports a rights-based approach to development, which means that
groups and towns can push their own goals as long as they don't get in the way of fair growth as
a whole. That is why a welfare state needs good government in the country. Hence, infrastructure
is a important area in every State which need to be modernized time to time. There is a hour of
need to make Telangana as a SMART CITY.

iv. TERRORISM
This State has become a hub for terrorists, and last year the National Investigation Agency (NIA)
arrested three people from this State who were suspected of being terrorists. Terrorists were
supported by the people here, and the Hyderabad cops did not do enough to stop them. The local
police didn't even know about the terrorist elements until the NIA stepped in. While states must
be able to fight terrorism, they also have a responsibility to protect the lives of their people and
the integrity of the State. Since human rights law already includes protections against terrorism,
there is no need for a "trade-off" between the two.
Till now there is no stringent implementation of terrorism laws in the State due to which it has
become the hub for terrorists attacks. The PRAJA SENA aims to protect the Telangana citizens
and reduce the terrorism in the State. This political party main aim is to provide free lives to the
people without any deprivation. Further establishment of stringent mechanisms and certain strict
rules for police enforcement so that all authorities work for the people safety and security in the
State. Hence, it is the responsibility of the States to protect every citizen from the terror attacks
and implement rules to control such attacks. Therefore, PRAJA SENA’S vision is not only to
provide equality in resources or infrastructure but also protect the human rights of the people in
the States.
