HISTORY AND NECESSITY:-

Govt. of J&K envisages to provide doorstep delivery of services to its citizens. In order to
achieve this goal, the Government aims to provide better facilities to employs so as to increase their
efficency and delivery. Keeping up with the same , the Government aims to construct District Prosecution
Headquarters. As such the DPR for construction has been prepared as per the space requirements
conveyed by the Deputy Director Prosecution, Ganderbal, and comprises of RCC Framed two storey
structure with provison for Land Development and other ammenities.

The AAA has been framed on CPWD Plinth area Schedule of 2023
